You know, when PLN used to turn off lights on your neighboorhood for at least once a week. At least the 'brightside' is we'll be more creative in creating entertainment. ;)

A nuclear meltdown is perhaps an ordinary day if the nuclear power plant is built using corrupted budget. ;)
